Today...
5 Strawberries for breakfast, a 30cal yoghurt for recess, nothing for lunch, got home... 3 vita wheat biscuits and a spoonful of milo, then fucked up even more and ate an entire packet or gingernut cookies. Dinner was homemade vegetable pies. Ate an entire one of that with lettuce and tomato on the side.
I am such a fuck up!
I burned 300 calories on the exercise bike, then crunches and scissors to work off some of that fucking fat
I wish the house was empty of food;

my mother buys the yummiest food and goes to such effort to ensure dinners are always made on time and perfect for me and I just feel so bad.
id rather be wasteful than fat
